Our 2008 range of chocolatesAll our gourmet chocolates are made in Belgium with chocolate with 100% pure cocoa butter. No vegetable fat is added to the chocolate. Below is an overview of the 16 chocolates found in the first layer box of our Velvet boxes.

chocolate 16 dark chocolate - marzipan - Ingredients and shelf life Ingredients: pure chocolate (min 50% cacao), milk chocolate (min 30% cacao, 24% milk based ingredients), white chocolate (minimum 23% cacao, 25% milk based ingredients), cacao butter, milk powder, cream, butter, sugar, vegetable fats, hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds, fruits, biscuit, emulgator: lecithin, alcohol, natural flavors and stabilizors. No artificial colorings or flavorings are added. To garantuee the shelf life of our chocolates we add two natural conservatives: frimulsion (a natural conservative made from soja) to protect the different fats from shifting and sorbarbol (a natural conservative made from sugar) to avoid blooming. The chocolates you recieve are packed before shipping, and have a shelf life of minimum 6 weeks. |
